We recently led the renovation of this 7 storey late Victorian mid-terrace property in Chelsea.

This is our seventh project for this private client since we were introduced 8 years ago.

Due to the tenancies and occupancy of the basement and ground floors, the project was planned over two phases. The first is now complete and involved the renovation of the 5 storey town house and the addition of a new roof terrace. Phase two will include the installation of a lift and a rear extension.
