We are currently in planning discussions to reconfigure and extend this Grade II listed property on Cadogan Place.

Cadogan Place is to be extensively remodelled, to receive a lift, rear extension, an additional storey and a new roof terrace. The separate mews house to the rear on Cadogan Lane, a much later addition, will be rebuilt to create a 4 bedroom family home.
