Atomik once again worked with the leading providers of high-end luxury workspaces in Central London, WorkPad, to restore this Grade II listed office spaces on one of London’s most celebrated squares in the heart of the Portman Estate.

The brief required space planning over five floors, to create serviced flexible office spaces accommodating teams from 3 to 16 desks. Atomik also acted as Heritage and Planning Consultant to provide full and listed building consent for the works.

Whilst on site, Atomik acted as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer, as well as working with the Principal Contractor on this elegant scheme.

After 16 weeks on site, the project was delivered on time and on budget.
