Labour and Wait’s new Covent Garden store involved the careful adaptation and delivery of a mid-19th century building with a long history of changing uses, including as a chapel, warehouse and seed merchant.

The project required the integration of new retail functions within an existing fabric defined by vaulted arches, exposed brickwork and retained ironwork.
