The renovation of this mixed-use property for the Church Commissioners of England continues our work across the Hyde Park Estate.

The five-storey building, located on a local high street, had fallen into disrepair. The project includes full renovation of the three upper residential floors and refurbishment of the retail space at basement and ground level.

The scheme sets a new benchmark for sustainability within the Estate. The walls and roof will be insulated in a manner sympathetic to the existing fabric, with new photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps and on-site battery storage.

The project targets ambitious improvements in EPC rating, BREEAM performance, air tightness and thermal efficiency.
